Bean To Bar Chocolate
Our organic cocoa beans are ethically sourced. Our single-origin chocolate bars have a variety of nuances to entice all your senses -similar to the complexity of wine and coffee.
We handcraft our chocolate in small batches through the whole process including sorting through the beans by hand, roasting beans from each origin to our specific profile, winnowing and finally grinding & conching the much-anticipated cocoa nibs. The result after a skilled tempering you reach the perfect ‘SNAP’ of a chocolate bar. SATISFYING your chocolate craving that is out of this world!
